WELCOME TO ULTRABEND

Innovative
Ultrabend introduces a new, revolutionary, and soon to be patent pending apparatus and process that will change the way curved drywall is made and installed. Our process can use ½ inch drywall that is easily bent to radii as tight as 28”. According to the National Gypsum Association, that is roughly 38% tighter than what the industry states is possible.

Process
Our process excludes the need to saturate the drywall, and soak for extended periods of time prior to bending and hanging and sometimes scoring the back prior to bending. The bending process does not compromise the integrity of the drywall with excessive amounts of water, so that when you are ready to hang the screws don't pull through soft mushy drywall.

This process allows the drywall to be bent to oval, curved, vaulted, barrel shapes and more. Barrel ceilings can be built with radii as large as 45 ¾ inch’s without butt joints. Groin vaults, coving, and planed domes become simple ceilings to hang and finish. Curved walls, arches, and rounded corners add a creative flair to the interior of a home or office.

Results
Square, straight lines are boring. The results of the Ultrabend process leave symmetrical shapes to your specifications. The finished product is exceptionally strong, which means less framing to support it. That leaves you with just a few nails, joint compound, sand and your done. You’ll save on average 35-40% in materials and labor cost.

Footprint
The bender is light and easy to transport when dismantled. It sets up easily, and takes about a hundred square feet of working space when in use.
